Cunard steamer Paldngra, reports that on March 24Ch, m the Bay of Biscay, about 2000 miles north ot Cape Pinisterre, she passed a lifeboat of the Eastern Extension Gable Company's ropairing 6teamer Magnetic. It was m good condition and was fitted with masts and oars, but no sails. There was evidence of the boat having been occupied. There is now little doubt but what the Magnetic foundered at sea.
