Fitzherbert Stock Sale.
G. M. SNELSON AND COS REPORT.
There was a good attendance at our stock sale on Saturday. Cattle were rather dull of sale but bidding for sheep was spirited. We yarded 50 hoad of cattle And 1383 sheep. With the exception of a small pen of lambs the whole of the sheep were quitted at satisfactory figures. The following are the prices realised : — Cattle— £2 5s to £3 12s 6d ; 3-yr-old steers, £4 12s 6d. Sheep.— Kwes (culls), 3s 6ri ; breeding owes, Gs Id to 9s Id ; lambs, 3s 6d.
