PEACE PROCLAIMED.
London, April 7. The Times this morning announces that peace has been concluded between France and China. It is stated that although terms of the peace party are based on the treaty concluded by captain Lournier at Tientsin m May last, no indemnity will bo claimed by France as was the case m that compact.
