It is announced that General Barrios, President of the Republic of Guatemala, was killed at the recent battle at San Salvador. The Legislative Assembly of Guatemala has annulled the decree recently passed providing for the federation of that State with the Bepnblics of San Salvador, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica.
