MR ALFRED BUCKLAND'S REPORT, At the Haymarket on Friday last horses were yarded,, m usnal numbers, and: mostly of a light description ; they sold freely and their continues a good demand for horses suitable for- tramway or omnibus work. For dairy cattle bidding was dull ; store cattle were also m lesß- request. Fat cattle were yarded m fall number, but the improved values of last week were sustained. Prices ranged from 20s to 22s the lOOlbs. for good steers ; no store sheep yarded ; fat sheep were m usual number, and maintained their values ; one pen of 'wethers reached 18s, and several sold at and above lGs each. Pigs also were m good demand.
