The caaft Adsett v. Manchester Highway Board occupied the Supreme Court all day yesterday. It is expected to finish this evening. McColl's tender was accepted to«day by the Road Board for Tiritea bridge works, Mr Bryant wag recommended as overseer to the work whilst in progress. ■
