♦ Mr J. Linton inserts m this issue a preliminary notice calling attention to a sale of town properties to be held by him at an early date. All those sections, of land m Andrew Young-street (on both sides) will be offered. The frontage of the land is to Main and Cuba-street. The terms of purchase aro exceptionally easy being extended over 10 years, or to suit buyers, arrangements can be made to complete purchase at any time.
