: Melboukkk, March 24. Wheat (shipping) has a hardening tendency; and is quoted at 3a 7d to 3s Bvt pur bushel. Malting barley is dull of sale at 3s 9d to 4s 6d. New 1 Zealand outs, boLh feed and milling sorts, show a slightly improved tendency ; prices ruling for feuding qualities, 2s 9ii to 2s lid ; aud for milling, 3s to 3s Id per bushel. New Zealand oats under bond^ are 2s 3d to 2s 6d per bushel. Rye grass seed is m fair demand at 3s 6d to 4s 6d. Prices for kauri timber are firmly maintained. > . .
