It is stated that the voyage to Sydney will be performed m thirty six days. The Lisbon PosUl Conference have agreed to grant England and the Colouies five votes. Earl Derby states that Admiral Tryon ia m possession of a plan for the purpose of securing joint action between the Ausstralian and Imperial Navy. He has also power to create a Federal authority, and, m ordar to simplify this, the English Government are making overtures to all of the Colouies. March 19. Their Royal Highnesses the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Edinburgh, and Prince Albert Victor, started to-day for Berlin, to attend the festivities to be held m connection with the celebration of Emperor William's birthday. Berlin, March 18. A disastrous mining explosion occurred to-day at Saarbruck, m Rhenish Prussia, by which 200 miners are entombed.
