INDIA'S EECEPTIOk" 'OF THE AMEER OF AFGHANISTAN. (by electric tklxouaph.— coptbioht.) (reuter's telegrams.) Bombay, March 4. The formal reception by the Viceroy of the Ameer of Afghanistan will take place at Hassan A bbool, m the Punjaub, where twenty thousand troops will be encamped for the occasion. The ceremony will beatteudud with much splendour and qclat. London^ March 4.' The Shaw-Saville and Albion Company's steamship Arawa, from New Zealand (Wellington, 21st January), arrived at Plymouth last evening. Her cargo of frozen meat is m good condition.
