At a meeting of the Blenheim shareholders m the Picton Coal Company held last night, it was unanimously resolved to be desirable that proceedings should, without delay, be instituted for winding up tho company. It was resolved to forward a copy of the resolution to the directors, who still persevere iv lime stone boriugs, and who have hitherto successfully resisted all attempts to wind up. The meeting was. adjourned till the 18th . It was stated by one of the directors last night that the limestone borings would give only 400 tons coal, and to get that out it would 'cost £200 for a drive.
