New oats aje being offered from 2a 6J per bushel, the qu-ility being above the average ; old samples bare steady inquiry at 3s dl to 2s 9d. Potatoes come plentifully to hand, and present quotation is £3 10s for p'uceln. Onions, of prime appearance, are worth £11 ; seconders £7 to £9 rye Jjrass, 4s 3d ; cooksfoot, 4£d ; lining alidv Jbac^ijjire worth lOd all round ; lard'Ud • cheese, from 4|d to s|d salt butter, 1 7^1 to B£d; egga remain'' scarce 'at * 1 s 5d jwr dozen. Poultry is showing a better demand, although prices are/ ntill— r Fowls, 4s; ducks, 4s; geese, 6s, turkeys, 9s per pair. '
