Wanganui, Feb. 13. During the present week;we have held two important and successful sales of stock, one at the Ben Nevis yards, Turakina, on Tuesday, the 10th, and our regular fortnightly sale at Campbelltown on Wednesday, the 11th. Both sales were numerously attended, and a large quantity of stock oaine forward, all the yards and pens being quite full. We succeeded m placing all the. lines offered at good figures, prices,' being dec|dedly m favour of vendors. . ; Fat and*st<*e cattle fully maintin the late rise.
