Wanganui Hospital.

As to night attendanccj there were generally one or two convalescents who were expected to do something, and tliisduty fell to them, and ho had hoard no complaints. Whenever a chango of diet was asked ho or? dere.l it Tho man Gray had expressed himself, during his stny al the Hospital, as very thankful for the trentment received. He had special luxuries granted to him. Mr Shenvill was satisfied with the explanations from Dr Earle. With regard to the rejection of the Pair merston case of erysipelas, the chairman stated the facts, and Dr Earlo explained the dangerous nature of the disease when it got a hold m a hospital. Dr Earle had himself treated plenty of erysipelas patients as out-door patients, ratlu-r than allow them m the hospital. Mr Wilson was glad that this explanation had been made. Mr Macarthur thought a resolution should be passed dealing with auch cases, and thereby con fi rming the Mayor's action.
