Manawatu Road Board.
In connection with the expenditure of the money granted by Government under the Roads and Bridges Construction Act to the Mftnawatu Road Board, and especially with regard to that portion ,(£260) proposed by the. Road Board to 'be 'spent oh the ICairangji-Buuhythorpe .Road, the Chairman of the Board accompanied 5 by *■ Wardens Math'ieitan and Edwards visited yesterday the road m question and spoilt a considerable 1 portion of the day m inspecting the Various portions of the \yar<i ; requiring 1 ' most iinmediate 1 attention. : 'After tine delibera- j tion the following allotment was considered the most requisite and necessary.
