' ; The debtor was subjected to a rigorous examination by the Official Assignee, during' which it transpired that, the debtor had gone into business in.a snail way m October last year, at which late he had £J5 m cash and about £10 worth 'of goods j as well as furniture v^ljie'd; at £15\ ; To supplement .his income he k«pt .boarders.' ,SL& bought £23- worthy p£ ftirniturefrom Mr "VVoodroffe, " and gaVe him a three months' bill for' same. Ec also bought goods from Scott Brother*,' of through their traveller; 'in the ■•usual' way. The goods -sent were, very bad and rubishy, and greatly mi excess of .the order given.. The whole of these goods, with the exception of £5 worth sold, as well as the furniture, were i still ori - the premises. ' /■• { The following resolution was unanimously adopted: — "That wearing ap-; partly cooking utensils, also the furniture which the debtor had m his possession' before he took the present premises from Mr AUirigham,', be "handed over to him, not exceeding £25." •'• .'
