Melbourne markets. (BY ELECTRIC TELEGEAPH. — COPYRIGHT.) (rbuter's telegrams.) Melbourne, Jan. 6. The Melbourne manager of the National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited) reports of the local grain market as follows : — Wheat, 3s6dto3s7d. The market is improving. Malting barley is firm at 4s 3>lto 4s 8d ; New Zealand oats, feeding sorts, are steady at 3s 4d to 3s 6d ; milling ditto are firm at 3s 6d to 3s 8d ; New Zealand oats under bond 2s 7d to 2s lOd. The market is quiet.
