(BY ELECTRIC TEtKGBAPft.-- COPYRIGHT^ (REUTEU'S TELEGRAMS.) • Melboubne, Jan. 2. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Ag< nay Company held their first wool sale since the holidays to-day. The catalogue comprised 3000 bales. The usual large attendance of buyers was experienced, atid good competition, although prices are unchanged. Several lots of greasy wool brought up to 10^d. Scoured wools, of which a large quantity was offered, brought up to I9|d, and washed fleoceti to 17fd.
