To-day a search is being Oracle. '■ . Fitzgerald was captured at Brighton, yesterday. He had been fishing m that ..neighborhood. He was brought into town this morning, and remanded till Thursday. Nelson, Dec. 26. The weather has been most wretched for Christmas. The regatta had to be postponed till next day, as also had the cricket match, Wellington v. Nelson. Indeed, every excursion and amusement had to be put off.
