We hope to hear of his improvement m health before long. Mr Jas. Kibblewhite returned from Australia on Saturday last, looking much better for his trip to the sister colony. Although the traces, of his severe illness have not 'wholly taken their departure. Mr Kibblowhite is quite charmed with the town of Ballarat where living ia exceedingly cheap and wages quite as good as to be obtained m New Zealand at present.
