MR ALFRED BUCKLAND'S WEEKLY REPORT. At the Haymarket on Friday, October 31st, the market for potatoes completely collapsed, and they were sold at any price obtainable, down to 30s the ton. Horse stock were m full number, and maintained their values ; draught horses up to £30 each. Auckland fatted m steady inquiry at 25s the lOOlbs*, but ship borne were lower about 2s 6d the lOOlbs. Fat sheep abundant, and lower m price from Is. to 2s each. Lambs scarce and better worth, increasing m value towards the end of the sale. Store pigs numerous, and m brisk enquiry. Fat pigs m demand at full values.
