Mr Snelson had a telegram from Mr Mac Arthur this morning to the effect that power to deal with gravel, reserve on Rangitikei Line, next to Mr MansonV property, and also vfth -the' section' in-Coleman Place, and a further grant of 146 acres, it is presumed m Buiinythorpe, m lieu of the College Reserves withdrawn from the Borough,- have passed both Houses of -Parliament... This is another matter satisfactorily arranged through the instrumentality of Mr Macarthur, who has very successfully carried but what he was requested to undertake m connection with municipal concerns.
