A. HENDERSON'S ESTATE.-"' Present — the debtor an4i;he Deputy Assignee. The bankrupt 'stated he had been summoned and threatened^ by two creditors m Palmerstonj thi^ onej for £8, and the other for £9, and not! having the money to pay those debts; he had to seek the protection ; A of the Bankruptcy Court. He had n lived m Falmerston for over 13 years,- < ' and during the last three years had ? had a good deal of trouble, and an » invalid wife most of the time. He had moved to Foxto* on account of his wife's health, and had got into debt there to the extent of some £11. He had paid up his rent before leaving Palmerston, and was renting a house iv Palinercton. . The Assignee considered the debtor to be an honest hard-working man, who had been pushed by some of his - creditors, and compelled to seek the protection of the Court. He could 3 not see that it was through any fault, 1^ of his own, and would recommend his discharge. . . . .1 'j s. *i
