A meeting of the Directors of the above was held yesterday. Present — Messrs Ferguson (chairman),. Monrad, Ensjels, Caverhill, and Pratt. The Manager was also present. . . Minutes of previous meeting were read and confirmed. ...••;' A letter was received from Mr Cook re the supply of .butter, kegs. Proposed by Mr . Caverhill -..and; seconded by Mr Monvad and carried' — That the Chairman, be authorised to make the best terms he can with Mr Cook for the supply of kegs for the factory and that he order a supply at once. A repp/re fioiu second committee re disposal of milk was' received, and •after a- lengthy discussion it'was prq- r posed Vy Mr Fratt arid seconded (by Mr Cayerhill and carried— That the .Company 'retain m 'their hands the disposal of all' the separated milk. Resdlved-rrThat the Building Committee arrange for the supply of gravel for front of factory; i: Resolved— That Mr Liggins erect the piggeries at the. factory,, and that' Messrs' Monrad and W;ingate' b^'e f a committee to ; supervise : the;; erection ,of same. • ; Proposed by Mr Ferguson ' and seconded by Mr Wingate and canied — That Messrs* Caver" hill, Akers, and Pratt, be a comtnittee authorised to procure the necessary horses, harness, and conveyances required for the delivery of milk.' Resolved that Mr Pratt be authorised to purchase the number of pigs required by the Company. Proposed by Mr Ferguson seconded by Mr Pratt and earned, That Mr Wingate be authorised to sell the sheep at present m the.Company's hands*. Rpsol ved that, the company advertise for. two men for the selling of milk. Resolved that the Chairman sign lease of Manager's house and land on' behalf of the Company. Resolved that the Company's deeds, be placed m the Bank of New Zealand. The following accounts were passed for payment: — Jame3 Graham, £1 Is 6d ; A. France, £30. The meeting then adjourned.
