Marlborougb House.
Special attention is directed to the great clearing out sale at Marlborougk House to commence to-morrow. Messrs Bentley assure us this is a genuine clearing* : out sale, m the strictest sense of the term, as they have come to the conclusion that there are too many drapers m Palmerston, and that other places offer better fields for the display of enterpiise and leproductive employment of capital. We trust that such a pushing firm •will yet find sufficient inducement to remain m Palmerston, if not m the drapery line, at any rate m *ome other business, as we can't afford to lose -such energetic and progressive members of our community.
