A Tedious Voyage.

(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Bluft, August 13. The barque Phbnix, which artived here on the 1 2th instant, 1 has had an exceptionally long passage from Wellington. She left that port oh the 29th June, and the first day out experienced a heavy gale, which necessiated her heaving-to for nine days. After this she passed the Nuggets and sighted Waipapa. Here Bhe met another heavy gale which drove her back. She five times passed the Nuggets light and was driven back. The captain states that he never experienced such a succession of heavy gales.
