War Inevitable.
I Demand of France It ejected.
(reuter's telegrams.) (Received July 17, A p.m.) {Special to the Btandard.J London, July 16. The Times to-day announces that China has rejected the demand of France for an indemnity on account of the Kangson affairs, and that war between the two countries is believed to be inevitable.
