Guirard — Claim, 10s, subscription. Plaintift save evidence as to claim. Judgment for amount nnd costs. Fraser Bros., v, G-illespie. — Claim, Ll olss sd, goods supplied. Judgment for LlO 9e> sil. Same v. W. Ngapuka. — Claim L 4 12s 6d, goods supplied. Mr •J. H. Hankins for defendant and Mr Prior for pfoiutitf. Judgment for amount and costs. E. W. Perkins v. E. Whiley— Claim, L 2 for professional advice. Judgment for amount und costs 10s, mileage 4s. Sume v. B. Manson. — Claim, L 34 16s 4d, judgment summons. Defendant pleaded inability to pay, ho was examined by plaintiff. He had 600 sheep mortgaged to bank for L3OO. On application of plaintiff the case was adjourned for one month.
