By Special Wire. '■ London, June 29. The South Australian gunboat Protector sailed for Malta on Friday flying the blue ensign. Sir Henry Parkes, speaking at the annual dinner at the Cobden Club last night said there was no depth of feeling m Australia m favor of protection. It has been ascertained that the outbreak of cholera at Toulon originated on board a troop ship recently arrived from Tonquin.
