Replying to Mr Darga\'ille, the Hon. M* Mitch el son said the Government would shortly be m a position to make a formal recommendation to the Houhe as to the route of the North ] sland Main Trunk Line. He hoped to make his Public Works Statement m a fortnight, and then a report and maps would be attached to it, if not previously published.
