The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) have received the following telegram from their London office, dated 17th instant : Wool — The sales progress firmly. Competition by both Home and foreign buyers is active. Up lo date 156,000 bales have been sold. Tallow — Australasian mutton has declined 6d per cwt since last report.
