Stock Sale.
Messrs Stevens & Gorton announce an important stock sale at the A wall uvi Yards on Friday 16 th inst. There are already catalogued no less, than 2400 sheep besides 50 head of mixed cattle. It is ]u-obable there will be further entries of both classes of stock before the date of sale. Probably such numerous entries will attract a very large attendance of buyers, as no such sale will have taken place before at the Awahuri Yards. For the well-bred sheep there should be a brisk demand. The sale will commence at 10' clock punctually. j
