; The Lyttelton Times states that by the Opawa, which left Lyttelton on Monday last for London, Mr A.M. Clark, on behalf of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited), sent a special consignment of 5608 carcases prime half and three-quarter-bred sheep, the average weight of each being 751 b.
