Fall m Wheat. ; The Canterbury Times of the 12th instant reports as under ', — By ctille we learn thas the American wheat rirg has at last collapsed, with the very natural reaultjthat prices m London have been materially affected. The cable mes-Hi^, which is dated April sth, says : - Wheat is falling m price, owing to the collapse of the American ring. Forty shillings is offered for Australian cargo ps. 1 ' ': ; ■■-■" Wheat. — Fair sales of wheat have been -nrafle during the week at 3a 2d to 3s 3d for sound grain. Prime lots of Tuscan are quoted at 39 4d to 3s sd. The feeling, however, is one of extreme dulness, and sales are difficult to effect. /f Uats. — The demand for bright feed oats and-also milling quality continues active. Parcels answering to these descriptions arc readily saleable at 2s and 2s Id for teed, and up to 2s 2d for milling. Barley. — There is a fair'demand. Good to best malting quality at 3s 6d to 4s. Lower grades do not sell readily. ,
