WESLEYAN CONFERENCE.

At the Wesleyan Conference last night, the report of the Committee on the draft of the Book of Discipline, and District Meeting recommendations on the basis of a Methodist Union were presented and adopted. The Eev. Mr Oliver was appointed to deliver the next Conference lecture, the subject to be "Inspiration." Ministers, Presidents, and Secretary, cop offpdo, Keys. Reid, Berry, Bavin, Oliver, Kirk, Williams, Lewis, ami Lee. Laymen — Messrs .Buddie, Hobbes, Roxham, John, Manchester, George, Pcrymnn, Prime, Harris, Kinsr, and J. T. Wilson. The A uckland Theological Institution..,, affairs were reviewed, and i balance sheet read and adopted. The Revs. Bavin, Reid, Carr, W. Atkius, and Taylor, were appointed lecturers on Theology, Hermeneties, Ecclessiastical. History, Mental, and Moral Science.* 1 The question of the probationers who have resigned leaving unfulfilled liabilities for college training was considered, but no resolution was adopted, the consideration of the matter being postponed till to-day. The form of agreement to be signed by dll students entering the college m future was agreed to. The Conference is expected to close every day.
