A well-informed correspondent at Wcl» lintfton telegraphs to the Wanj?anui Chronicle that, although it is not yet bpen publicly made known, it is considered settled that the inland railway route will ,come through the Wiangaehu^ Valley* that being the, easie»t line. ■ jolW the surveys from ttie'-TaVahaki' districts are utter lj impracticable.
