Factories," that the Government have appointed an inspector of dairy produce, which I should say was certainly a step 'm the »ight direction, as cheese and butter maW t is certain to become of the leadino- industries of the co%;\ Although I have never risited" JSev Zealand I have for many years been of opinion that it was the finest country m the world for gaeh : eatablishm'ents as cheese and butter factories, but never had an Opportunity until reconlly/. of hearing the opinion of tiny New Zealauder on the subject.
