In Chambers tins morning, before Mr Justice Richmond, an interim injunction was applied for m the suit Bmndon and Brandon v. Shay. The affidavits showed that a suit for dissolution of partnership had been com. raeuced, the terms on which the dissolution of the legal firm of Brandon, Shaw, ami Brandon should take place^ being m dispute, and the plainW Messrs Brandon and Brandon now ap^ phed for an injunction to restrain the defendant, Shaw, from taking any part iv the partnership buaiaeaafuntil that ease was heard and determined. Aftor argument, His Honor refused to jmu* the injunction. °
