Journal de St ■Petersburg m its issue to»day states that the' Russian Government disapprove of the Ministry recently appointed by °rince Alex* ander at Bulgaria . under 'the new constitution. The same journal also publishes information from Sofia that the two new ; ministers, Loboliff and' Canlbars have already resigned, m consequence of their fearing that dangerous measures will have to be proposed jby Government. ■? : London, Sept. 25. The official inquiry into the sinking ot> the steamer Austral m Sydney harbor, has cemmenced, and evidence' pertaining to the structure of the vessels being: taken. Thejdefence of the officers will be that the ship was unstable. The ship Loch Fyne, which left Lyttelton for London on May 14, has not yet arrived at her destination, and fears are entertained for her safety.
