IS HEREBY GIVEN m accordance with Sections 49 and 50 of " The Roads and Bridges Construction Act, 1 882 ," that the Oroua County Council propose to construct the road known as the Stoney Creek Road from its i unction with the Palmerston-Napier Road to Bunnythorpe, and that the estimated cost of the parts for which a special rate over certain properties m the Taonui Riding is now required is £1440. The yearly payment required to be made thereon is -337 10s, and the amount of special rate required to meet such payment is one and cue- tenth of a penny m the £ annually, on th | rateable value of the following sec-j tions m the Taonui Riding, via*J 12 to" 17, 36 to 47, 499 to 508, 1527 to 1531 487 to 1505/ The plans, specifications, and detailed estimates of the list of the proposed works may be seen at the Connty Council Offi c, Feilding, during ordinary business hours.
