No entry 'will be deceived tor any Race except upon this condition,— -That all Disputes Claims and objections 'aaising out of the racing shall be] decided by a majority of the Stewards 'present, or those whom they ma j? appdint. ' Their decision on all ' points -connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. 'When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a distinguishing colour must be worn. ... : , All persona intending to withdraw horses, are required to give notice to that efiect to the Secretary or Clerk of Scales one half-hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Race Fund. All races to,be run under the W'J.C. Rules. "JHbrsea walking over will only receive half the stakes. No horse to save its stakes m any race except where otherwise specified. No Entries or nominations will be received under any pretence whatever after the time specified for closing.
