The commission appointed to inquire into the complaints of the steerage passengers of the Catalonia, have handed m their report to the Government.- They are of opinion that the provisions were of good quality and plentiful, bat that cooking undeniably faulty, and further, that the general supervision was not so good as it ought to have been.
