Weather forecast for 24 hours from 9 a.m, to-day : — Wind, between south east and south* west at all places north of East Cape and Cambridge, and between south-east and northaeast at all other places. Barometer, further fall at all stations, but rising at all places north of East (f^to and Cambridge after 10 hours, i Sea, very. , heavy on Eastern, and heavy on Western Coast. / Warnings for gales, as above indicated, and heavy rain have been sent to all stations. Synopsis _pL Jast ; 24 hours : The barometer Has continued to fall m all parts of the country , the decrease being greatest at all stations north of East Cape and New where there has been a severe easterly gale and floods ; and duringi, the night thegae has extended as far south as Castlepoint. - ; v • ■--'■ R.
