' j."j JJBI TBLBGBAPH. I (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, This Day. "Weather forecast for 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day : — Wind, between north-east and north* , west m both islands. Barometer, fall at all places. Sea, increasing on "Western Coast and "between Castlppoint and Kaikoura.^ Telegramsfor strong northerly winds and falling, barometer have been sent to all places south of Napier and New Plymouth. Synopsis of last 24 hours : Very little change has taken place northward of Napier and New Plymouth, but from thence southward the barometer has failed slowly. B. A. Edwin.
