VICTORIAN POLITICS.

The revenue of Queensland for last quarter amounted to £670,000, being an increase ot £60,500. compared with the June quarter of 1882. The revenue for the year ended 30th June amou- ted to £2,380,000 an increase of £281,000 compared with the year 1881*82. / Melbourne, July 4. Addresses m reply to the Governor's Speech were carried unanimously m both Houses of Parliament last night. Mauritius advices to 21st June report that the sugar market is inactive. The stock amounts to 6000 tons. The clearances include 250 tons to Dune* din and 310 to Lyttelton. A telegram received by the Government confirms Router's message regarding tke Victorian loan. The average ' the accepted tenders ip £99 10s lQd.
