It is reported on good authority that the goM discovery recent'y mentioned as bein-j within 45 milt's of Christchurch is on the High Peaks station, abont 7 miles from tha White .Cliffs railway line. One of the gentlemen connected with the property has recently found a cradle near one of ih^ creek^, and which had evidently been used for the purpose of washing dirr.
