ALLEGED HORSE'STEALING. (Before J. J. Waldegrave Esq J.P.) George Millar, was brought upon demand, charged with the above. After evidence had been taken, the Justices considered that a prima facie case had been made out against ibe accused, and he was consulted for trial at the next criminal .sittings of the Wanganui Supreme Court.
