Barometer, fall at all places notli of Napier and New Plymouth ; and but little movement elsewhere. Sea, heavy on Eastern Coast north of Napier. Warnings for easterly gales have been sent to all places north of Napier and Mew Ply« month, and have been cancelled at all other places. Synopsis of last 24 hours : Them was a slight fall of the barometer m the afternoon, but it has risen everywhere during the night, and now is higher throughout the colony than it hag been ; at any time during the last six months.
