SHOCKING RAILWAY ACCIDENT.

A shocking acident happened last night on the railway near Lougwood stations, on the Forth-Eastern line The afternoon train from Melbourne had got within half-a-mile of Longwood when the "engine-driver. Bowman, felt a sadden shock. On looking out he saw the wheel of a cart m front of the locomotive.
