Shortly after three o'clock this afternoon a fatal accident occurred at the timber-yard of Mr Bartletfc, m .Hariystreeti A lad named David Burns, m Qharge of a horse and dray, removed the. horse's blinkers and was about to feed' the animal, which started; Burns held on to its neck for a few yards when he fell, and the, wheel of the dray passed (O^erjhis fchesV He] was removed to the workshop, and spoke once or twice, saying "What will imy poor mothersay?" He died directly after the arrival pf the doctor, and iboat ten minutea after' the accident At the inquest a verdict of ?' Accidental; death" was returned .
